At DHM, we value friendship. 🩵

We believe the best work starts with genuine relationships.
It means taking the time to know the people we work alongside.

Listening. Showing up. Celebrating wins together. Working through the hard things together. And caring about the communities and people we serve—not just the projects we're completing.

For us: People matter. Relationships matter. And how we treat one another matters.

We're grateful for the clients, community partners and teammates who have become more than people we work with—they've become friends.

Projects may bring us together, but relationships are what last. 🩵

Big things are happening in Bonifay! 💙💛

Across the community, projects are moving from plans on paper to improvements you can see — and even more are on the way.

From parks and recreation to stormwater, wastewater infrastructure, public safety, and economic development, these investments are about more than individual projects. They’re about strengthening the community, creating opportunities, and preparing Bonifay for the future.

Some projects are complete. Some are under construction. Others are still taking shape.

But together, they tell one pretty exciting story: Bonifay is moving forward.

DHM is proud to partner with the City of Bonifay as they continue investing in the people, places, and infrastructure that make their community stronger.
