When Ms Brenda called me to repair a leak at the church,it turned into a bigger job with all of the water damages over the years. The chimney's had to go as well, they were to far gone. Several quick ideas with custom sofit and siding repairs were needed to complete this build. Then finished up with some fresh gutters.

Here is a good read ! Customer came to us about rotted floors in the bathroom and boom TERMITES!! . We removed all damages and debris . Replaced the walls and floors in the upper level. AFTER installing 2 new beams in the basement to hold the floor back to level. During the repairs we were asked to fix the front door "INSTALLING IT PROPERLY " . We replaced a few windows as well. The elecrical service entrance was out of date and unsafe . We replaced the main panel and removed circuit wires that were cut going no where. Working with the electrical company there was a power disconnect installed outside per fire code! The home never had one before do to the age. After replacing these components, it was on to the plumbing leaks from the bathroom. Look at the pics. At this time it was getting cold . Customer asked us to install a mini split unit in place of the window unit that had been leak in the wall for years ! Im sure there are photos floating around somewhere ......Just a simple patch and drilled the hole out for power and refrigerant lines to the new unit. The outside wall was so rotted no further repairs were asked at this time per customer. Not how I wanted to leave it at all. After repairs were completed so I thought per renter complaint not enough electrical circuits available I added 5 new ones to best of our ability with the conditions of the house. Nothing was charged for this . Even though working late evenings into the Am hours. Then off to installing new lights in the living room and kitchen. All " codes " stated by this city were in consideration during this build. INSTALLATION OF NEW SIDING AND MORE ROT REPAIR IS BEING SENT OUT FOR US TO BID AS OF THIS WEEK.
