Established in 1973 … Lemke Industrial Machine has celebrated an enormous milestone of 50 years! 50 years and counting that is. We know how to work hard, and we also know how to play hard.
How better to celebrate the 50-year milestone than to throw a 50th Party based in our founding year of 1973! That’s right folks, a 1970s themed party, by the looks of it, ALL had a great time!
Special thank you first and foremost to our employees who are the most loyal and dedicated team members a company could ask for. In addition, 50 years of success isn’t reached without great ownership (from establishment to current), amazing banking partners, loyal customers, and partners in supply chain … you are all a part of Lemke’s continued success story. This book isn’t over … I think we are just getting started!

When you work for Lemke Industrial Machine, you are not just an employee, you are a team member, and more importantly, you are family.

Jeff Fox has been a member of Team Lemke since 2005 and has given so much to our success over the years. Jeff was diagnosed in June of 2022 with stage 4 Esophageal Cancer and in August of 2022 he was given 8-12 months...which he has BEAT Not only did this news hit Jeff and his family hard, but it also had a hard effect on his Lemke family.

What do you do for a “family” member when life throws lemons … you surprise them with the sweetest lemonade!

Our Lemke Leadership Team decided we needed to serve up something extra sweet and special for Jeff to let him know that his Lemke family was still in this fight with him and that we won’t give up on his battle. In late June, our team (all who were available) hopped on a Lamers coach bus, packed up goods for a cookout, and headed on over to Kentucky to give Jeff the surprise of his life (yes his wife Alice was in on the surprise)! We arrived at Jeff and Alice’s home (Lamers coach bus and all) with grills, chairs, coolers packed for a perfect cookout, yard games, and let’s not forget the love in our hearts for Jeff, wearing shirts in support of his fight. Upon our arrival, Jeff fell to his knees with tears of pure joy and 100% disbelief that his Lemke family was standing before his eyes. We enjoyed an evening pack with the medicine no doctor could ever prescribe … and it was just what Jeff, Alice, and all of us at Lemke needed.

This is what it means to be a part of the Lemke Team! We take care of our family and give the utmost support to each other.

Jeff … here is to MANY more years together.

Lemke employees got to enjoy a fantastic lunch today from Pitmaster, Rory Golden! Not only was the food amazing, we enjoyed lunch inside and outside with the sun shining.
