By day, Brad is the brains behind our CNC machine and tooling. By night, he’s an industrial engineering student at the University of Arizona.

We are so proud of Brad’s prototype he presented today at U of A’s Design Day. His team won the award for Best Design for Practical Maintenance and Repair.

Way to go, Brad! Bear down! 🐻

From the office to the field and everywhere in between, there are opportunities for women at every level in construction. As a majority woman owned steel contractor, no one believes that more than we do.👷‍♀️ 🚧

This week we want to highlight two of the incredible women on our team at Icon Steel. Kristen and Marie bring a level of organization, work ethic, attention to detail, and communication that makes a real difference.

Kristen keeps the wheels turning in our office, managing payroll, billing, accounts receivable and payable, and making sure the financial side of our projects stays organized and on track, while Marie is out in the field helping build the work we design and fabricate.

We are grateful for the impact they make on our company and the example they set for the next generation entering the trades.
