The PMW team members and owner, Jesse Cram, work professionally together year-round to meet customer needs. Today, the team enjoyed a relaxed “PMW family” atmosphere during its annual Christmas luncheon.

Jesse shared an update on the business’s 2025 production success with complementing the team on items shipped before year end and forecasted what is coming in 2026. He thanked the team for their dedication, with a lighthearted look at the company's future with a few jokingly discussing “the next 40 years”.

The meal featured homemade sides alongside PMW’s ham and chicken, and all were picture perfect. Everyone started into the room celebrating the team's individual cooking skills and began loading their savory meals onto their plate. Many delicious deserts meant another round and second plate for many.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the PMW family—here's to a successful future! And another 43 years!

We were filled with admiration as we celebrated one of our tenured team members 40th anniversary here at PMW.
