Duties of the maintenance mechanic:
• Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance and service for each piece of equipment
• Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunctions, including visual and sound inspections
• Use a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions
• Complete repairs and parts replacements
• Repair, install, adjust or maintain machines
• Grounds and building maintenance

• 1st Shift: 6 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday

Cedar Lake Engineering is a metal manufacturing company Located in Maple Lake, MN. We specialize in metal stamping, forming, laser cutting, machining, assemblies, welding and more. We serve diverse customers and industries; including Agricultural, Vending, Furniture, Hardware, Marine, and Transportation and Commercial Industry fields.

We currently have an opening in our office for an Order Entry/Shipping Clerk. This position will be customer order focused and will be focused on Data / Order Entry.

Job Details:
- This position is responsible for the receiving and processing of customer orders.
- Position will also create daily work lists for our shipping department based off customer order due dates.
- Work closely with various departments to resolve disputed items.
- Communicate with shipping on shortfalls and overages on orders to meet client and industry +/- shipping metrics.
- Maintain customer information, order history, samples, and pricing
- Complete other office tasks as assigned

Applicants need to be:
· Able to communicate effectively with customers buyers, planners in an effective manner.
· Detail Orientated
· Able to work independently
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
· Need to be able to learn ERP system. (Shoptech E2 ERP)
· Able to meet deadlines when they are given and to work efficiently

This position and all positions have room to advance in our company!

Hours are Monday - Thursday 7:00AM - 4:30PM. Fridays 7:00 M – 11:00AM and required overtime as needed.
