Mini excavator bucket pin broke and bent one of the ears on the bucket. Got a new pin and went ahead and got new bushing...

Mini excavator bucket pin broke and bent one of the ears on the bucket. Got a new pin and went ahead and got new bushings as well. Bent the ear back straight on the bucket and put everything back together.

Done some door supports on this sxs to keep the doors from sagging when theyre open. Even shuts nice and smooth now.
