technical knowledge and help raise the standard of the shop.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of HVAC experience
Strong diagnostic and major repair experience
Ability to mentor and guide technicians
Leadership mindset with a hands-on work ethic
EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Must pass background and drug screening

Customer owned 1000kW load bank shipping out after it came in for repairs. This load bank needed new resistors, contractors, and replaced burnt wires. REG disassembled each heat bank to swap the resistors. After all repairs were completed. We individually tested each load step and recorded the data for our customer.
