Most people don't realize there's a lot more to it than "slapping a weld on there". The initial clean up and preparation usually takes the most time.

Depending on the crack, many need drilled to prevent further breaking, cleaned, beveled, cleaned again, straightened, clamped, if there are lights or any kind of wires or rubber involved it needs removed to prevent burning/melting, then welding can begin.

A custom dog bed that will last a lifetime!

When the Amazon raised bed started to give out, (he is 50lbs over the limit 🤣) we wanted to create something that would not only be durable, but a beautiful addition to our home.

It turned out exactly how I (Heather) imagined and looks amazing.

When we say ol’ JB is not your friend… it’s not your friend! 🙃
Get the job done right the first time.
Using JB Weld (or similar fixes) usually costs you more in the long run. You pay for the product, you waste time when it doesn’t work, then you spend even more because of the time it takes cleaning and prepping the metal so it can be welded properly—if your welder will even touch it after it’s been contaminated with JB. And after all that, you still pay for the actual repair.
Do yourself, your wallet, and your welder a favor: skip the "shortcut" (that's never actually a shortcut) and get it fixed correctly the first time.

A brand new skid steer attachment that bent in the middle of the blade, first use!
He asked that we straighten it back out and add some bracing to the back to prevent it from happening again. Eric also added some bracing to the back of the attachment for more durability.

Sometimes people forget that we don't just fix/weld on trailers or heavy machinery.
One great thing about living so close to Hardwood Hills (dirt bike) Ranch is you can ride your bike right up to the house, or if it's too broken it's an easy load and short drive up the road.
Also, extremely flexible hours :)
This guy was enjoying the day with his boys and gave us a call. He was welded up and back to watch his boys in no time on a Saturday afternoon.

Eric also patched up a hole for a guy from a dropped bike last night, he's all fixed up and ready for his race tomorrow!

(A few other things he's previously welded that might give you ideas: custom plant stand, dishes, chicken coop, vehicles, and so much more)
