I need to relocate my business. I'm in search of Between 1 to 2 acres of relatively flat land In West Virginia. Utility access is not necessary. Can pay cash up to $2,500.00 which the closing cost will be a part of the $2,500.00 or land contract up to $5,000.00 (closing included with $5,000.00).Currently at 1916 Flaggy Meadow Rd, outside Mannington, WV, looking to stay at least with in 5 to 10 miles of that location if possible.
