Members of our Military Affinity Group volunteered at Fort Snelling in Minneapolis to help remove flags following Memorial Day. Each flag placed and collected represents someone who served and is remembered by our community.

We collected more than 2,000 flags, joining over 1,000 volunteers who worked together to gather tens of thousands across the cemetery. We are grateful for our team’s commitment to honoring this meaningful tradition.

Meet Trevor Neutgens, a Municipal Engineering Intern at our Oakdale, MN location. Trevor studies civil engineering at the University of Minnesota Duluth and is excited to gain hands-on experience and learn how projects come to life in the field.

Fun fact: he loves playing sports and brings a competitive edge to everything he does, especially spikeball. Welcome to the team, Trevor!

Our Core Values Leadership Program met in person to talk about leading vs. managing, explore how AI is shaping our work, and connect through small group discussions. The day ended by bringing together this year’s participants and our 2025 graduates.

Another great day with even better company! For the second year in a row, we were proud to host our Myrtle Beach area clients at Back Woods Quail Club. It was a chance to connect, enjoy a little friendly competition, and celebrate the partnerships that make our work meaningful. We are grateful for the relationships we continue to build and the trust our clients place in us!

Across Bike to Work Week, our team found new ways to get to work and logged 625 miles doing it! Biking, walking, carpooling, and taking transit helped avoid an estimated 229 kilograms of CO₂ along the way, based on EPA average vehicle emissions. To put that in perspective, that’s roughly the same as avoiding about 550 miles of driving.

Individually, these choices may seem small. Together, they show how these intentional actions can make a real difference.

We had a beautiful day in Milwaukee giving back. Four of our team members volunteered at the Field of Flags at the Milwaukee War Memorial, helping place flags in the Civil War section. In total, this display includes 12,301 flags honoring those who served.
