Do you like tackling a new challenge every day? Are you a self-starter and like problem solving? Thor Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Follow all safety procedures
2. MIG/TIG/Stick welding on multiple types of surfaces/materials
3. Read and interpret blueprints
4. Keep work area neat and organized

Required Skills:
1. Established safety record
2. Demonstrated welding and fabrication skills - technical college certificate and/or welding certifications a plus
3. Capacity to work in a fast paced environment
4. Reliable and self-motivated
5. Team oriented with strong communication skills
6. Waterjet experience a plus
7. Valid driver's license required

Thor Industrial Services offers a competitive benefits package and compensation commensurate with the applicant's skills and experience. This is a 1st shift position with occasional overtime/weekends required.

Based on our customer's applications, Thor Industrial Services has been deemed an Essential Business, and employees are essential personnel, integral to food manufacturing, essential household product manufacturing, essential equipment manufacturing, and other vital operational supply chains. We need to stay open to provide these essential products and services to our industry partners and our community at large.

If any personnel are feeling ill or have been in known contact with the virus, we will follow current CDC guidelines in place at that time. Our facility is practicing increased sanitation and social distancing guidelines. These measures are being taken to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers, vendors, and the general public, while serving the essential needs of the community.

We continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide any updates as deemed necessary.
