Customer is having a 16x40 pre built garage delivered. Peeled the sod off and leveled up the dirt. Next we put down Geo fabric and covered with 24 ton of 3/4” crushed stone. Used the laser to set grade and compacted.

Pole Barn Pad Complete! 👏

This customer wanted a solid pad ready for a future pole barn, so we started from the ground up!

Removed all existing sod, brought in 10 yards of sand, added 20 tons of crushed concrete for the base, and finished it off with 30 tons of 411 limestone.

This was also a great project to keep improving our skills with the rotary laser level and making sure everything was properly graded and ready to build on.

Another busy week so far for Sinks Mowing & Hauling! 💪🏼🚜

We’ve had a little bit of everything this week, and the before & afters speak for themselves!

✔️ Driveway tear-outs & rebuilds
✔️ New 21AA base & 1” crushed stone
✔️ Driveway extensions & new railroad tie edging
✔️ Ripper rake driveway refresh — reworked the existing stone with no additional material needed
✔️ Overgrown bush removal & cleanup
✔️ Filled and leveled a low area between a home and driveway using 3 tons of 411, then topped it with 4 tons of 1” crushed stone — bringing the area up level with the walk-in door and making it much more usable!

From a simple refresh to a complete driveway rebuild or property improvement, we can work with what you have or start fresh depending on what the job needs.

Another driveway project complete! 💪🏼

This one included 3 driveway tear-outs and complete refreshes:

✔️ Removed the existing driveway material
✔️ Installed a new 21AA base
✔️ Finished with 1” crushed stone
✔️ Removed old railroad ties from one driveway to extend the parking area
✔️ Installed new 6x6 treated beams for a clean, finished edge

Quite the transformation from where these started! 🙌🏼

Another driveway refresh! 🙌

Knocked out 2 driveways today using the ripper rake to tear up the w**ds and bring that buried gravel back to the surface, then graded everything back out nice and smooth.

And the best part — NO new gravel was added to either driveway! 👏

If your driveway is looking overgrown or worn out, it may not need a whole new load of stone. A good rip and regrade can be a budget-friendly way to bring it back to life and reduce how much new gravel you may need later.

🚜 Tailgated another 5 tons of 21AA into a bad/low section of a driveway, helping get the material right where it was needed and making the final spreading a little easier for the customer.

🌳 What a transformation! 🌳

One of our current clients recently purchased this property and called us in to give the landscaping a much-needed cleanup — and we put in some WORK on this one!

We:
✂️ Trimmed and reshaped all of the existing live bushes
🌿 Pulled w**ds and removed dead shrubs throughout the landscaping
🪵 Removed 3 larger unwanted bushes
🌳 Trimmed and cleaned up the weeping tree
🌲 Trimmed and raised up 2 large pine trees
🪚 Removed 5 mulberry trees growing underneath one of the pines, ranging from approximately 2–6 inches in diameter
🧹 Cleaned everything up and hauled away the debris

The goal was to clean up what was already there, remove the overgrowth, and give the entire property a much cleaner, more maintained appearance — and the difference is HUGE!

Sometimes you don’t need all-new landscaping. A good cleanup, some heavy trimming and removing what no longer belongs can completely transform a property. 👏

Another driveway transformation! 🙌

We started by digging out all of the w**ds and old gravel, then graded and prepped the entire area to create a solid, even base. Once everything was cleaned up and ready, we brought in and spread 13 tons of fresh Duraberm.

Duraberm is a great option for driveways because the smaller slag stone and fines pack together well to create a firm, durable surface.

Got to use the rotary laser level on this project. Brand new pole barn built by Valentine Construction . We leveled the ground with 24 ton of sand and compacted it. Driveway fabric and covered with 18 ton of 1” natural crush stone. Get ahold of me for a free quote.
