Doing a demonstration this week for our friends in the semi-conductor industry in Texas. These AXXAIR USA heads are really impressive: toolless collet changing, adjustable clamping force (this comes in handy big time on elbows like this), industry leading tube sizes ranges per head (this head can weld 1/4” - 3” tubing with the same head) and they have really excellent gas diffusion inside the head which really helps in reducing discoloration. I did not brush off any of the welds in these pictures this is straight off the head.
