Our fabrication team has been working hard to make a huge dent in this order of Paint Racks. They started the week with only cut material and now they're about 70% through the welding.

We have extruded aluminum for days to machine several styles of brackets. Our shop team is busy cutting these to length to get into the machine shop!

This extrusion die is out for delivery today. The end user will "extrude" a soft supplement chew for dogs through the holes to shape the chew ingredients and than a blade will come down to cut them to size.

Last week, we had a small crew at our customer's plant in Ohio to move existing equipment to a new location in their facility. This involved some onsite welding, disassembly and then reassembly. This is what the new configuration looks like.

Lately, our posts have focused on the machine shop, but that doesn't mean the fabrication team hasn't been busy! They have been cutting, bending and deburring material to start welding paint racks. Each rack has over 100 pieces that make up the assembly, so the prep work is time consuming. The majority of the prep is complete and they are beginning to weld up the assemblies.

We're starting this cold morning out delivering another repaired shaft that had too much wear and needed some rewelding.

This morning, we received a call from a local customer to repair a shaft from their production line.. The worn bearing had rubbed the shaft and we took it down on the lathe to remove the damage. It's back at their plant and they are up and running.

These MDS Nylon Datum Caps are complete and out for delivery. They will replace existing caps on the end user's production line.

Look at the difference electropolishing and passivation can make. We shipped the final assembly last week once it was back from Complete Metal Finishing. The stainless looks great and our customer will start using this hopper system today.

First Friday of the new year and we're cranking out small orders. These 2 styles of locating pins are out to be hardened and then they'll ship to our customer's tool crib.
