It's not common to be able to screen compost in February in Iowa but we recently did. We took advantage of the warm temps and screened with a Vipermetal 3-1720HD.

Found a dry week back in July for a customer to screen clayish damp dirt with limestone rock. The Vipermetal 2-1500HD did a great job separating out the larger rocks making the top soil useable. Iowa has had much above rainfall this summer.

Vipermetal introduced a new model for us, the VPH 2-1700HD. It's a "little brother" to the VPH 3-1720HD. Same parts are compatible between the 2 models. The 3-1720HD has 3 rotors where as the 2-1700HD has 2. As of today we have 2 left in stock.
