JTC Precision Swiss is seeking set-up Technicians experienced in Citizen CNC Swiss and/or Fanuc Robo Drill Machines. We’ve recently expanded our manufacturing footprint and hired new leadership. A strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction will be a vital component to this role. 1st shift positions available, compensation based on experience.

This position is responsible for the daily set up and operation of their assigned machines.

Experience with Citizen CNC Swiss Machines with Mitsubishi controls or Fanuc Robo Drill.

Knowledge of advanced setup, machine speeds and feeds for materials and tools.

Able to use simple math to perform basic calculations.

Proficiency with measuring tools. i.e.: Micrometer, Calipers, Pin Gauges, Comparator etc.

Must be able to work independently & productively in a team environment.

Familiarity with ISO requirements

Comply with all Safety and Quality requirements.
Education:

Minimum Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Two-year certificate in machine trades.
Required: Experience in CNC Swiss or Fanuc Robo Drill machining and set-up
