We were honored to sponsor the Innovators in Motion (IIM) event last Thursday. During the event, the I-495 NEXT project team, including the Virginia Department of Transportation, Transurban, and Lane Construction, received the Best Project Excellence Award. As the lead designer on the project, we are especially proud to see the team's dedication and the project's success recognized. A major milestone was reached this week on the Popes Head Interchange Project in Fairfax County! On May 27, the traffic signal at Popes Head Road and Fairfax County Parkway was officially taken out of service, marking an important step toward improving safety and mobility along the corridor.

Thank you to Supervisor Pat Herrity from Fairfax County Board of Supervisors, VDOT, and the project team for helping recognize this exciting moment. Proud to be part of this effort to deliver lasting infrastructure improvements for Fairfax County.
