I was sent an image of an address sign and asked if I could recreate it. Due to the requested size and the amount of steel to cut I did a good bit in the way of editing to ensure enough steel was left to hold the sign together. Customer seemed very happy with the address sign.

I was asked about cutting steel letters for a peice for ornamental type logo for a wedding. The size of the two letters is 48" x 44" cut out of 11 gauge sheet steel. I transfered the image to a file to allow cutting with a CNC Plasma cutter. After the wedding I was told the letters would be hung on their workshop. The letters turned out well and they we're picked up today. I was also asked about making a spoon rest with the last name to insert in a outdoor gas grill. Both turned out well and customer was pleased with both items.

I have gathered the baseball related items I have purchased as well as accumulated over the past few years that can be fabricated for our young athletes. All of these items can be adjusted and modified to include things like names, teams or the text of your choice. If you see any other items that you would like just send me the information as well a photo. Most items I should be able to recreate if I would not have the file. Please let me know where I can locate the image if it is online. I do not charge for modifications as long mods are not extensive or big modifications.

I was contacted about a job to reassemble a broken lid for a cast iron currio cabinet. The lid had been crushed several years prior . At first look I said I did not feel there was much I could do with it but I would take it to my shop and see what I could do. Once at my shop I tried locating all the parts but several of the small peices were missing. I made quite a few walks around my work bench looking and thinking of options and came up with a sure fire plan that would work. I used only the the top k**b of the cap. I rebuilt the rest if the cap with 1/4" steel rings welded together to give the curve on the upper outer edge and brazed the cast cv iron k**b to the steel part of the cap. It turned out well and owner was very happy.

Purchased the file to cut this memorial item. Turned out pretty good. I have been having the file for a while. I decided to make my first one when a very close personnel freind passed away. It will be given to a family member.
