Lincoln Manufacturing, Inc. (LMI) proudly recognizes Audrey Allman as our Unsung Hero. Audrey began her employment with LMI in March of 2018, but left in 2020 for a short duration during the pandemic. Lucky for us, Audrey re-joined the Lincoln team in 2021 as our QA coordinator and has done an amazing job ever since. She is a hardworking reliable employee with a positive attitude, always willing to help in any area needed. She handles many tasks within the Quality group and performs at a high level at each one. Audrey is very detail-oriented, helping ensure Lincoln is in compliance from start to finish, and for that we are so thankful. Thank you, Audrey, you are appreciated!

Lincoln Manufacturing, Inc. (LMI) is pleased to welcome Juan M. Osuna Jr. to the position of Quality Manager for our Polk Street, Houston TX threading division.
Juan has spent his career in various quality roles, starting with Landell Industrial, Inc. which was later acquired by Hunting Energy Services. With Hunting, Juan continued to advance from hands-on, in-shop positions in production, operating the swage machine and CNC lathes, to inspection of various API and Premium connections. For nearly two decades, Juan was responsible for overseeing quality inspection personnel as well as qualifying new suppliers and handling any training and compliance opportunites.
Please join us in welcoming Juan to the LMI team! We feel fortunate to have such an experienced Quality Manager at our threading division.
Juan will fill the role previously held by Craig Preuss, who is now overseeing Quality at our Magnolia couplings division and has stepped up to interim Quality Director of LMI.

Lincoln Manufacturing, Inc. (LMI) proudly recognizes Jwan “Buck” Richards as our Unsung Hero. Buck started with Lincoln in 2019 as an inspector trainee and has progressed into one of our top R3 thread inspectors at our Houston Threading Division. He is always here and ready to go with whatever the day holds. He helps with all customer audits and works with our new customers’ connections. Buck is also great with our new inspectors and is one of our top trainers. He is here early every morning, with a smile on his face, setting up tools and checking molds for first articles. Buck is very dedicated and can always be counted on. He is a great team member and we are happy he is part our Polk Street LMI team. Buck, you are appreciated, your loyalty and dedication does not go unnoticed.

Lincoln Manufacturing, Inc. (LMI) is pleased to welcome Jeffery Rickard as our Sales Representative for our Tomball TX machine shop.
Jeff comes to Lincoln with a wealth of experience, having worked previously at Hunting Energy Services as Sales and
Materials Manager.
Jeff spent nearly 15 years at RB Machine Works in Humble TX, handling materials purchasing, job quoting, creating routers for jobs, scheduling, and customer communications.
His early career in the industry was with Hunting-PetroTube Division, as an Inside Sales Representative. There, his product expertise in Float Equipment, Hangers, Packers components, Crossovers, and Couplings was developed.
Lincoln proudly honors Jeff’s military service in the US Marines. He served our country from 1991-1999.
Please join us in welcoming him. We are confident that he will be a customer-focused contributor to the Lincoln Manufacturing team.

Lincoln Manufacturing, Inc. proudly recognizes Agustin Mondragon as our Unsung Hero. Agustin joined LMI in 2014 as a Machine Operator at our Couplings Division in Magnolia TX. He is extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to assist coworkers. Recently, he has been trained in CNC set-ups and has proven to be a very quick learner. He is focused on improvements in the production process, and is a very dedicated and loyal employee. Agustin, thank you, we are happy to have you on the Lincoln team, and we think you are a Hero!

Lincoln Manufacturing Inc. is proud to be a longtime participant of the annual “Darkness Into Goodness” foundation’s annual Bowling Tournament. This foundation supports various charities that help American Veterans, adoptive children and their families, and helps keep animals from kill-shelters.
It was a good time, seeing our customers, suppliers and competitors all together for a great cause!
