In “Hire Employees Who Carry a High Standard,” Ryan makes the case that every service center has a quality standard, written down or not, and the real one is “whatever your people watch you tolerate.” His takeaway is that the best way to uphold quality is to hire people and choose partners who already carry that standard.

Exciting things are happening at Hibbs ElectroMechanical!

Please join us in congratulating Jason Bergman on his new role as Production Manager. Jason has been with Hibbs for 12 years and previously led our team as 1st Shift Supervisor. He brings that experience, plus a strong winding and mechanic background, to his new role.

For those of you who know Ron Duvall, don’t worry, he’s still with us. Ron is now our Technical Support Specialist, still answering our customers’ toughest technical questions. Ron’s impact on the electromechanical industry cannot be overstated. His wealth of knowledge makes him an invaluable resource for our team and our customers.

We’re also excited to welcome a new face to our leadership team, David Shipp. David is our Machine Shop Manager. He brings 26 years of machining experience, and we’re happy to have him leading our great group of machinists.
