September is National Preparedness Month, and it's a reminder of how much safety matters in our day-to-day operations.

At our latest Toolbox Talk, our team focused on Emergency Preparedness and Fire Safety. Consider this: the NFPA estimates around 36,000 fires occur at U.S. industrial and manufacturing properties every year. That's why we took time to ask ourselves the basics:

Where is my nearest exit?
Where is my nearest fire extinguisher?
Where do we muster for headcount?
Who do I report an emergency to?

Equipment is replaceable. You are not.

Hibbs is hiring a full-time Truck Driver to join our team. You'll be responsible for safely operating company trucks, properly loading and securing electromechanical equipment, and staying compliant with DOT regulations on every haul. This role also means representing Hibbs well and treating customers and equipment with the same care and professionalism our team is known for.

We're looking for someone with a valid Class A CDL, at least a year of commercial driving experience (heavy hauling a plus), and a strong commitment to safety and attention to detail. In return, we offer competitive pay based on experience, 401(k) with company match, health benefits including vision and dental, life insurance, and paid time off.
