MENDOTA CONSULTING, LLC
LICENSED/INSURED PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
Mendota Consulting's goal is to provide constructible, real world, cost effective designs and recommendations for clients of all sizes and needs. An initial site review consultation can help clients understand site specific design and construction variables from the start. Then, a well planned and logical design can save clients substa
ntial amounts of money during construction, while long-term maintenance costs are also considered. Additionally, a 3rd party plan review of 50% to 90% plans can be beneficial for clients and engineers to review constructibility, identify possible cost saving alternatives and limit any extra construction costs. Finally, no matter how much time and effort is invested into a design, construction issues can always arise and an early consultation can help mitigate large cost over-runs and project delays.
