Working on getting orders out when I can around life happening. I have a bunch of powder coated shields in progress now and am trying to get things out before Pennsic.

I will be at Pennsic but will not have a booth this year. I may be able to bring new orders with if they are plain shields or maybe kits. But you should message me here first so I can see where I’m at with things. Otherwise I will start work on them again in mid August.

Moving slowly but still moving. Current batch of shields have the bosses tacked on. When these are done, Then some plasma cutting is on the list for some helmet and gauntlet kits. Hopefully this week yet, but the day job and things keep getting in the way, so that will probably be next week. Thank you for your patience everyone.

Working on some Shield catchup today. There are a few more that are currently in the oven getting some color. The stack in the back is 18 blanks cut to size and ready to be shaped. Hoping to get all of non-powdered ones without bosses out early this week, and then on to the bosses. Also waiting on some leather for hinging a bunch of Demi-Gauntlet orders.

Shaping some triangular channeled shields in the shop this evening. One is going out shortly and the other 2 are headed to the powder coating queue to get prettified.

Got a batch of shields powder coated this weekend, edged last night and boxed up and to UPS this evening. Here is one. I’ll post the rest over the next few days.

Working on some demi gauntlet orders this evening. Will be out of the shop for a long weekend for a family thing. Didn’t get as much finished in the last few days as I would have liked but I have a lot of things further along.

Shield in the oven and some custom canoe parts going on the router. This is my TV for the afternoon. Took a few days off from the day job to try and get more caught up. And the weather has cooperated to make it rainy and not good to go out and fly RC planes instead. Hopefully Wednesday though.

A few shields sent out recently. And a stack waiting to be powder coated. Hopefully I can process those this long weekend.

Preparing some center grip shield orders. Using the circle cutting jig on the plasma torch. Faster than lining up the cnc for various shield sizes.

Pile of shields-in-progress. Got the blanks cut from the full sheets. Many were then cut and stacked to get powder, a few were boxed up and will be going out on Monday. And a few more are marked for shaping tomorrow.
