IMTS 2022
Joe Voytush, Sales Manager/ Estimator and Eric, CNC lathe technician were at the show to meet our broad base of customer, vendors and potential future business.

We're grateful for the 2 days of nonstop conversations and educational learning experiences.
Business is picking up and although many suffered from covid slowdowns but they are optimistic of good recovery.

Many thanks to all we met and shared our show experience with us. May God Richly Bless all our freinds and our future programs.

I.D. & O.D. THREAD GRINDER NEEDED

This is a full-time hourly first shift position and pay is based on experience. Join Barnes Industries for a solid opportunity and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, paid holidays and vacation.

The following experience/qualifications are required:

Minimum 3-years machine shop experience.

At least 2 years of set-up & operating I.D. & O.D. grinding machines with steady rests.

Must be able to read & use .0001 micrometers, indicators, calipers, optical comparator.

Must have manual machine experience.

Must comply with Company quality, safety, and personal protection equipment requirements.

Ability to work OT as required.

Must pass pre-employment background, physical and drug tests.

Have own tools, such as, Micrometers, Calipers and Dial indicators.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with cylindrical parts, turning, threading and use of steady rests and power feeds.
• Programming, set up and operation of CNC lathe.
• Expected with experience to operate multiple machines simultaneously.
• Ability to read blueprints, use precision inspection equipment including micrometers, calipers and indicators.
• Perform close tolerance inspection of parts.
• Strong basic math with verbal and writing skills.
• Display aptitude, attitude, and willingness to learn and take on responsibilities for personal growth.
• Must comply with Company quality, safety, and personal protection equipment requirements.
