It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of a beloved long-term former employee and friend, Larry Koop.

Larry was a dedicated part of the Crystal Employment Services family for over 20 years. Even through various career moves, he always found his way back home, bringing with him a strong work ethic, a friendly smile, and unmatched loyalty.

His impact on our company and the people he worked with cannot be overstated. He was more than a coworker; he was part of our story. We are proud to say that his legacy continues through his son, Brian, who is currently working with our company.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to Brian and the entire Koop family during this difficult time. We will miss you, Larry. Thank you for your service and your friendship.
