I didn’t build this all at once, I’ve built it piece by piece over time.
Everything I own runs on the 20V platform. Some may argue what brand is better, but DeWalt works better for me. Trucks, trailer, jobsite, home base… it’s all the same system. Multiple drills, impacts, grinders, saws, nailers, compressors, vacs, lights, outdoor tools, and batteries to keep everything moving no matter where I am or what needs to be done.
I started this from the ground up, and I still do all my work myself without help. Not because I won’t work with people, but because it’s hard to find good, reliable, dependable help that can keep up and take pride in the work the same way. At the end of the day, nobody is going to care about the quality more than the person who built it—and that’s a fact.
There wasn’t any sponsorship or shortcuts in the beginning. Just work, long days, and buying what I needed when I needed it to get a job done. No one handed me anything—I earned it. One tool turned into two, two turned into a system, and eventually it turned into a fully mobile setup that can handle just about anything I run into.
Yeah, my trucks are older, may not be flashy, but they’re paid for and they get the job done. You don’t have to buy fancy to make a living—you just have to take care of what you’ve got and keep it maintained. Everything requires upkeep, attention, and a little pride in keeping it running right.
Over time, I’ve also put systems in place to stay organized and keep everything secure. Everything has its place, everything is accounted for, and when it’s not in use it stays locked down under cameras and secure storage. When your whole livelihood is in your equipment, you learn real quick the importance of knowing where everything is and making sure it’s protected at all times.
It’s not about having “a lot of tools.” It’s about building something reliable enough that work doesn’t stop when something breaks or a battery runs down. Everything has backup. Everything has a purpose. Everything stays ready.
At the end of the day, it comes down to mindset—stay consistent, keep building, stay organized, protect what you’ve built, and invest back into what keeps you working. That’s how a small operation turns into something solid.
Still building. Still working. Still pushing forward.
