Co-Line Manufacturing Family-owned Co-Line has provided unparalleled quality and service since 1979. We shape the metal. 🌎 Customers liked the quality work and personal touch. ft.

In 1979, Dale and Tana Brand opened a welding shop south of Sully, Iowa. Because their business was located on the Jasper-Mahaska county line, they named it County Line Welding. Today, Co-Line maintains over 300,000 sq. complex with advanced capabilities in all aspects of metal fabrication. Our employee team numbers 220 professionals who commit to excellence for every customer. Co-Line is a private, family-owned company where the owners are daily involved. Co-Line is proud to be an American company rooted firmly in Iowa. Employees bring the best of the Midwest to their jobs: a strong work ethic, pride in craftsmanship, and dedication to excellence in all they do. Our people’s “can-do” spirit is what sets us apart.

Flashback Friday! In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month last Friday, Co-Liners wore pink and enjoyed pink ice cream from Sweet Henry’s in Pella. 🩷 Breast Cancer affects about 1 in 8 women in the US, and wearing pink is a small way to show our support and remind every woman to complete their recommended screenings.

Traffic to and between our facilities has been a bit tricky recently, but it’s all for a good reason! Thanks to InRoads, we will soon have fresh asphalt with a super-smooth surface that trucks and forklifts will appreciate! An added bonus: the old asphalt was hauled to the new fuel station site and will serve as a base under the concrete.

Do you have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy hands-on work?

Operators see the part through from start to finish at their machine. You will complete setup, run production equipment that shapes metal plates, sheets, and tubes, and perform quality checks throughout to ensure standards are met.

Experience is preferred, but training is available to the right candidate!
