🎉 Happy Birthday, Nick Maddalena! 🎉

What happens when your equipment breaks down on the jobsite? Productivity stops, the clock keeps ticking, and suddenly getting that machine running again becomes the most important job of the day.

That’s when you call Nick! 🔧🚚

As one of Hawkins Graves’ Field Service Technicians, Nick is part of our mobile service team. Can’t bring your equipment to us? No worries—we’ll bring the service to you! Nick heads out into the field, finds the problem, makes the repair, and helps get your equipment—and your jobsite—back up and running.

Around here, that makes him a bit of a jobsite hero. 🦸‍♂️🔧

But there’s more to Nick than turning wrenches. He’s a true family man who made our area home after following the love of his life, his wife, who is originally from here. ❤️ We’d say that decision worked out pretty well for Hawkins Graves, too, because it brought Nick to our team!

Nick, we’re glad you’re here and appreciate the skill, dependability, and dedication you bring to our customers every day.

Happy Birthday from your Hawkins Graves family! 🎂🎈 Here’s to another great year of keeping equipment running and jobsites moving!

🎉 We’ve been looking forward to this birthday! Happy Birthday, Alden T***s! 🎉

Every company hopes to have employees who truly embody its values—and at Hawkins Graves, Alden is our Ambassador of Positivity. ☀️

As one of our Service Technicians, Alden does great work, but what makes him so special goes far beyond the job itself. His attitude, his personality, and the energy he brings with him every single day are something we genuinely admire. We’re not sure Alden knows how to have a bad day and if he does, you’d certainly never know it!

Positivity is one of our core values at Hawkins Graves, and Alden doesn’t just talk about it he lives it. He has a way of making the people around him happier, and it’s no surprise that everyone enjoys being in his company.

There’s an old saying: “When you love what you do, you never work a day in your life.” If that’s true, we’re pretty sure Alden hasn’t worked a day since he joined Hawkins Graves! 😂🔧

Alden, we are incredibly glad you’re part of our team. Keep smiling, keep spreading that positivity, and keep being exactly who you are.

🎂 Happy Birthday from your Hawkins Graves family! Here’s to another year of great work, good laughs, and absolutely NO bad days! 🎈🥳

Today we’re celebrating Ian Harris, one of the newest members of our Hawkins Graves Hydraulic Center team!

If you’ve stopped by the Hydraulic Center lately, chances are Ian is one of the first faces you’ve seen and you were probably greeted with an energetic hello before you made it all the way through the door! 😄

Need a seal replacement? Pump or motor? Hydraulic hose repair? Bring it on in! Ian is ready to help get you what you need and, most importantly, get your equipment back up and running. 🔧💪

Ian may be one of our newer team members, but he has quickly become part of what makes the Hawkins Graves team special. We’re very glad he chose to join us, and we look forward to watching him continue to grow with the company.

Happy Birthday, Ian! We hope you have a great day and an even better year ahead! 🎂🎈

🎉 Happy Birthday to Johnny “Cotton” Jordan! 🎂

Today we’re celebrating one of the owners behind Hawkins Graves and a man who doesn’t just work on the business he’s never been afraid to roll up his sleeves and work in the business, too.

Johnny is the kind of leader who leads by example. Hardworking, dedicated, and always willing to do what needs to be done, he has earned the respect of those who have had the privilege of working alongside him. Simply put, he’s a genuinely great man.

These days, though, Johnny has taken on another very important title; Pop Pop. ❤️ And we have a feeling it may already outrank all the others. 😂

There’s just something about grandchildren that can turn even the busiest businessman into someone who suddenly has plenty of time for whatever those little ones want!

Johnny, we hope you enjoy every minute of this new chapter and all the joy that comes with being Pop Pop.

Please join us in wishing Johnny a very Happy Birthday! 🎉 Here’s to another great year, both at Hawkins Graves and at the job where the bosses are considerably smaller and probably a whole lot cuter! ❤️😂

🎉 Happy Birthday to our Sales Manager, Shane Driskill! 🎂

Shane has been a valued part of the Hawkins Graves team since 2014, keeping our Sales Team on their toes and always providing dependable service with a smile.

A little-known fact about Shane, he seems to know the words to almost every song ever written! 🎶 Spend enough time around him, and you may even be treated to a serenade or two. 🎤

When he’s not leading the Sales Team, Shane enjoys life with his beautiful wife, Ali, and their two absolutely adorable daughters. ❤️

Shane, thank you for your dedication, dependability, great attitude, and all that you bring to Hawkins Graves.

🎉 Happy Birthday, Quentin Hutton! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating Quentin Hutton the heartbeat of our Parts Shipping & Receiving Department!

Quentin plays an important role in keeping the Hawkins Graves machine moving. He makes sure the parts our service technicians need get where they need to be, helping our team keep equipment repaired and our customers up and running.

At Hawkins Graves, every position matters. We rely on each person to do their part and to do it to the Hawkins Graves Standard. Quentin understands that his work is connected to the next person, the next repair, and ultimately, the customer we serve. That commitment makes a difference every day.

Outside of work, one thing that is easy to see is the love Quentin has for his wife. The way he speaks about her and the life they are building together says a lot about the kind of young man he is. With so much ahead of them, it’s exciting to see a young couple building their future together. The future is bright!

Quentin, thank you for the important role you play on our team and for doing your part to keep Hawkins Graves moving forward.

Please join us in wishing Quentin a very Happy Birthday! 🎂🎉
