Hey guys, first off I just wanna say I really appreciate everyone doing business with us. 2026 has been a great year already, and we are truly grateful and couldn’t be more excited to see where it takes us!
We just wanna go over a few things for all of our customers.
-Our hours are from Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. There will be no phone calls or texts accepted or returned on Saturday or Sunday.
-All products that will be shipped or any speciality powder-coat that is done will have to be paid before any part leaves our facility. This is includes shipping invoices. All of our products are weighted on pallets and/or boxes, this is where the shipping costs are invoiced separately. At which point the customer will be contacted and emailed. No product will be leave our facility until all bills attached to your order is processed.
-All communications for Performance Fabrication needs to be channeled through these points of contact. Email: [email protected] Phone number: 855-655-7480. This insures that all conversations and communications are recorded and saved for any future implications. This also insures that all calls are ran through our business lines of communication.
-All products that we produce at Performance Fabrication will be needed to be picked up during business hours. We will no longer accept drop offs or pickups after 5pm Mon-Fri. There will be no drop offs or pickups on Saturday or Sunday. All gates will be closed after Friday 5pm.
-All of our lead times are estimated, we work diligently everyday to insure our lead times are met. In some cases, we may run behind due to problems out of our control, or setback on other jobs in the shop.
-Any bike that is dropped off at our shop, need to be cleaned before drop off. If we have to clean your buggy it will be a minimum 300$ surcharge to your invoice.
-If you have purchased a product or are getting work done by us, and are wanting a update. You need to email or contact us. Not contacting our powderguy, and random people that are sometimes in and out of the shop and getting these people to contact us about your products. You need to contact us directly, through our lines of communication. If we do not answer, email us or text our contact number. This number is designed to be able to call or text. We will get back with you quickly as we can. We have numerous calls and texts a day, we do our best to answer everyone.
