Watts Designs is a Residential Home Design firm founded by Texas Tech Alumni, Mechanical Engineering graduate Colin Watts, to help support the growth of Lubbock and the West Texas area. Here at Watts Designs, the main objective is to provide quality, accurate and innovative home designs at speeds that are unable to be

matched by our competitors. We are able to aid in the design process for clients who are wanting to add on to their current residence as well as builders who are looking for a new spec or custom drawing. Whether you are an individual looking to have a custom home that is all your own creation or a builder looking to provide clients with home designs that are both useful and innovative, we invite you to take a look at some of our house plans for past customers. We can modify any of these plans or start from new to create your dream design. Our end goal is to provide a well thought out, livable, and interesting space.
