Are you paying for cleaner compressed air than your plant actually needs?

Tomorrow morning, Kaishan USA regional sales manager Devon Beyer joins Plant Services for a live webinar on where manufacturers commonly overspend on compressed air systems and where cutting corners can create real risk.

We’ll cover how plants are lowering electrical cost, improving reliability and matching air quality to the applications that actually require it.

Compressed air demand rarely stays constant. The problem is that many systems are not designed to handle those fluctuations efficiently.

Turndown capability can help manage changing demand, but it can also quietly increase electrical costs when used as a substitute for proper system sizing.

And understanding the difference is huge.

All gave some.
Some gave all.

Decorating graves is not the first thing that comes to mind when most people think about Memorial Day. For many, it means cookouts, long weekends and time spent with friends and family. We celebrate the lives around us rather than reflecting on those lost.

Maybe that is human nature. It is easier to embrace the present than to confront the cost that made it possible. But Memorial Day exists because generations before us paid a price many never came home from.

So today is not about sales or celebrations. It is about remembrance. Quiet gratitude. Reflection.

And we hope you take a moment to remember them today. We will.

Why do some facilities spend heavily to maintain ultra-clean air across the entire plant… even when only a small percentage of applications actually require it?

Next Thursday, welcome regional sales manager, Devon Beyer, to the mic as he joins Plant Services for a live webinar focused on a smarter approach to compressed air allocation.

We’ll break down how manufacturers are reducing electrical cost, minimizing contamination risk and aligning air quality with actual application requirements—not assumptions.

Register now and join us live next week!

Too many food plants are paying Class 0 prices for applications that don’t need Class 0 air.

And you don’t need an MBA to know that’s financially unviable. Or speak Spanish to know that’s no bueno.

The smartest food and beverage facilities know exactly where oil-free compressors belong—and where oil-flooded systems deliver better efficiency without creating compliance risk.

Sure, everyone talks a good game. But what actually makes a compressed air system efficient?

Hint: It’s not just lower electricity costs.

True air compressor efficiency rests on five critical pillars: energy efficiency, cost efficiency, reliability, lifespan and performance. Ignore one, and the entire system suffers through higher costs, more downtime and weaker performance.

We break down each pillar and explain how manufacturers can build systems that perform better, last longer and operate more cost-effectively.

For 77 years, Armed Forces Day has honored the men and women of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force and Coast Guard who serve our country with courage and commitment.

This 1952 Armed Forces Day parade photo reminds us that while generations change, service never goes out of style. The uniforms may look different today, but the sacrifice, discipline and pride behind them remain the same.

We’re so damn proud to recognize the service members, veterans and military families who continue to strengthen our communities and our country every day.

Thank you for your service. This day is for you!

In most industrial facilities, unfortunately, compressed air is managed the same way throughout the plant.

And that approach gets expensive fast.

Some applications demand extremely clean air. Others simply don’t. Yet many facilities still overspend on air treatment, add unnecessary complexity or expose themselves to operational risk because nobody has stopped to evaluate where air quality actually matters most.

On May 28, join our newest regional sales manager, Devon Beyer and Plant Services for a live webinar exploring proven strategies for compressed air allocation. Discover how leading facilities reduce costs, uncover hidden risks and make smarter investments in air quality. We’ll show you how to identify wasted spend, realistically evaluate contamination risk and improve reliability, performance and total cost of ownership across your system.

Register now and we’ll see you in two weeks!

Today is Children of Fallen Patriots Day.

It is a day to honor the sons and daughters of service members who gave everything in the line of duty.

Their sacrifice does not end with a folded flag. It continues in birthdays missed, graduations attended with “the empty seat” and futures shaped by loss far too early.

At Kaishan USA, we are so very grateful for our nation’s veterans. We are grateful for their families. And today, especially, we pause for the children of those lost heroes.

They carry a legacy they did not ask for. And they deserve a nation that remembers.
