Didn't even have the first order done before the customer was asking about placing their next order. Upgraded to a geometric threading head to increase quality and productivity. Flood coolant pump is ordered. Unfortunately still too low of a volume to justify upgrading to thread rolling.

Customer is having issues importing their normal product so I sat down with their engineers and we worked through the design to find the most cost effective solution for a USA made product. 🇺🇸 After threading the shafts need to be machined on the mill, vibratory tumbled/polished and given a black oxide finish.

Small steps in the right direction with the gang lathe.

First parts coming of the CNC gang lathe. Just need to add a parts catcher and write the code to loop the program so I can press the start program once and come back to 50 finished parts in an hour.

Its nice to finally be done with repairs and have the equipment running.
