Today we visited our friends at the future Lakes Region Model Railroad Museum in Wolfeborough, NH, to see what their plans are for their model railroad layout.

Not every layout has to be complicated. Here is our latest delivery to upstate NY. Customer wanted very simple loops and scenery to run his Lionel/MTH equipment with his father. He plans on adding buildings, vehicles, trees himself (last picture)

To Our Valued Stephan Lamb Associates Clients:

It is with heavy hearts that we pass this information on to you. Stephan Lamb, Founder and Owner of Stephan Lamb Associates, passed away on Saturday morning, October 8, after a courageous battle with cancer. Steve started this business when friends asked him to make a few train layouts for them. Since 2001, he has been working full time in building professional “turn-key” model railroads! Through the years, his knowledge of the industry grew as well as his building techniques. His biggest strength was his personal interest in every project that he took on. His work has inspired many people throughout the years. He was also a wonderful leader, and founder of the Lowell MA Division of Youth in Model Railroading.

Know that Steve appreciated every single one of you. You were not only dedicated clients to the business, but many of you also became good and close friends with Steve and the rest of the crew over the years.

Regardless of this huge loss, it is our intention to carry on with Steve’s legacy and to continue to operate Stephan Lamb Associates. The same dedication and workmanship that you have come to know from the crew here at SLA will continue.

For now, please keep Steve, his wife Kim, sons Jonathan and Tim, and the rest of his family in your thoughts and prayers. I know that he will not only will be greatly missed by all of us here at SLA, but also will be missed by many of you, our dedicated family of clients whom we have had the distinct pleasure to work with over the years.
