They manufacture enormous pressure vessels for the oil & gas industry. For this project, the tasks included:

✔️ Profiling cut-outs in a vessel
✔️ Profiling respecting saddles
✔️ Vessel dimension: OD = 916 mm / WT = 20 mm
✔️ 16 holes with various diameters
✔️ 16 saddles with various diameters (50-200 mm)

𝗢𝗹𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘆: 2880 minutes – cutting by hand
𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝘄𝗮𝘆: 124 minutes – including work prep, loading, cutting, and offloading.

Imagine what you could do with an extra 46 hours per vessel.
