Tomorrow is a big step for Trifecta - we're taking our second proof of concept prototype to Lexington for validation testing. Our fryer and a standard fryer will run side-by-side in a lab for a simulated restaurant week. This will allow us to confirm and measure oil savings. Stay tuned for more!
