It was notable that one of your main engineers was going to give one of the seminar presentations but had to have another one of your engineers do the presentation because he had a customer call that had some issue with their control system and he wanted to help them get back online”.

A customer ordered a baghouse from a competitor in May, 2025. After almost a year it still has not been delivered. The manufacturer said it would be delivered end of February, 2026...still no sign of it. To make the situation worse, they fire up the plant for the season on March 2, 2026. Will they have their baghouse? Who knows.
