Auto Parts Delivery Drivers - Multiple Openings in Greater Louisville

Bumper to Bumper is seeking several skilled and energetic Delivery Drivers to join our team. Our Delivery Drivers are primarily focused on delivering auto parts to our customers.
Additional Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Stocking shelves.
Pulling Orders.
Loading delivery trucks.
Staging stock to be put away.
Organizing and cleaning the store.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift and move 60lbs of merchandise.
Clear speaking, writing and listening skills.
Ability to read numbers, line codes and codes from pick tickets and/or invoices.
Minimum 2 years of driving experience
Pre-employment drug screen, background check and clean driving record required.

AUTHORIZATION, DISCLOSURE AND RELEASE FORM
CREDIT/CRIMINAL/BACKGROUND CHECK
As part of the application process for employment at Moog Louisville Warehouse/Bumper to Bumper, I understand that they and/or their agents may conduct an investigation of my personal information. The investigation might include, but is not limited to, obtaining a copy of a consumer report prepared by a consumer reporting agency (also known as a “credit report”) and a background/criminal records report, and investigation of previous/current employment, work experience, workers’ compensation claims, criminal history records (state, Federal and other agencies), motor vehicle records, military records, education records, credit history and bankruptcy records. I understand that information from these records and investigations may be used to determine my eligibility for employment, but will not be used in violation of any federal or state law or regulation. I hereby authorize without reservation the full release of these records. I also understand that the Company may require me to submit to a clinical test for the presence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Before taking any adverse action based on the credit reports, including denying your employment, the company will provide to you, without charge, a copy of the credit reports plus a written summary of consumer rights under the Consumer Credit Reform Act.
In connection with the company’s investigation(s) and reports, I state and agree as follows:
1. I voluntarily authorize an investigative agency to conduct an investigation of me and to provide a report on my character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living to the company. I understand that this report will be used to make decisions about my employment, including one or more of the following: hiring, firing, promotion, and reassignment.
2. I also understand that I may request additional information about the nature and scope of the investigation and a summary of my rights under the consumer reporting laws.
3. I release the company, its employees, officers, directors, insurers, representatives, agents, and anyone else from all claims, liability, and damages that may result from negligently investigating, furnishing, communicating, reviewing, or evaluating information pursuant to this investigation and from the use of the report. This release means I am waiving claims for negligence, misrepresentation, emotional distress, invasion of privacy, interference with prospective business relations or contract, breach of contract, and any other negligent act. I expressly intend that this release is as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law. Also, if any portion of this release is held invalid, the balance will continue in full legal force.
Signing this form constitutes written authorization for Moog Louisville Warehouse and Bumper to Bumper to obtain a consumer credit report from a consumer reporting agency and all other background/criminal report(s) discussed above, and to perform an investigation of my personal information.
I acknowledge that (i) I have read and understand the above notice, (ii) I authorize a copy of my credit report and background/criminal report to be released to Moog Louisville Warehouse, Inc. and (iii) I understand and agree with each of the terms set forth in this Authorization, Disclosure and Release Form.
