1970 Chevelle TRUE Barn Find
This 1972 Factory Correct Chevelle, with only 19,350 original miles, is an excellent example of a totally original only three owners Chevelle. This car is a true collector car and has been in storage since 1997. This car has it’s original drive train (other than valve covers, we have the originals that came with car) it is unaltered and complete. Power is delivered by a 307ci Chevy small-block engine 2bbl with the original optioned 3 speed automatic transmission. This car was also ordered with power steering and 4-wheel manual drum brakes. The car was painted by the second owner the original Ascot Blue (as noted on the Trim Tag) its factory color, due to weathered paint but has no accident history. There is one small chip in driver door and two small runs which are the only noticeable blemishes on exterior. The original Dark Blue Royal Cloth, Antique Dark Blue Coated Fabric interior has small blemish on the front bench seat (driver side) but otherwise is in perfect condition and the passenger foot well the carpet has lightened looks like some water seepage many years ago under where the front mats were. The car is in 100% complete working order (https://youtu.be/4CDuhQgu0Fk ) Was in storage since 1997, all fluids, battery and drive train have been inspected & updated.
