This incredible view is from the new Marriott Tribute Hotel, where Shrock Prefab's cold-formed steel wall systems are helping bring the project to life.

Cold-formed steel offers some impressive advantages: it's strong yet lightweight, noncombustible, dimensionally stable, and durable. Unlike materials that can shrink, warp or split, CFS provides the precision and consistency today's complex building projects demand.

And when those advantages are combined with prefabrication, the benefits go even further. Our Shrock Prefab team is currently building the prefabricated steel wall panels for Corewell Health’s new 89,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center and medical office building.

The new facility will expand access to outpatient care, specialty services and same-day surgical procedures all within a building that begins taking shape one wall panel at a time.

Prefabrication allows wall sections to be built in a controlled environment before being delivered to the jobsite, helping maintain an efficient construction schedule.

🏗️ Progress is taking shape at Brandeis University!

We're so excited to be part of the team helping bring Brandeis University's new student residence hall to life. Watching a project of this scale come together is always exciting, and it's rewarding to see each phase move closer to completion.

When finished in 2027, this modern, five-story residence hall will provide 631 new student beds and create a welcoming community designed to enhance campus life for years to come.
