Dialing in espresso comes down to two numbers.

40 grams out in 25 to 30 seconds.

Shot running fast? Go coarser on the grinder.
Shot running slow? Go finer.

Then check the glass for three layers: crema, body and heart. Keep making small adjustments until you hit the recipe.

Save this for your next bag of beans.

One of our favorite home installs yet. Nancy Silverton came to us and wanted a custom La Marzocco Linea Mini to match her kitchen. When it arrived we installed it and taught her how to make a cappuccino. We’re excited for her coffee journey, and can’t wait to see how she incorporates it into her cooking. If you need a custom La Marzocco call us, we got you.
