Why did some 84-88 Toyota pickups X-tra cab trucks get one style of back panel and side panel and other models received a different back and side panel? I've seen both with felting on them, so I know it's not a plastic vs felting differentiator... Need some help, please.

A customer recently purchased a 60 series dash bezel from us.

was kind enough to share pictures of his vehicle.

His 1984 FJ60 is currently exploring Venezuela.  The 60 with red livery has complimentary decals, a snorkel, ARB front bumper, KC Lights, and Warren Wench.   

Under the hood he has a clean engine compartment featuring a 2F motor mated to a 4 speed transmission H42.

In his words: “It’s my baby”  

We’d cherish it like our child too, if our rig looked this good.

Excited to have the rapid prototype in my hands for the side panels on the 84-88 Toyota pickup. Sending these parts down to for fitment and feedback.

This has been a long time coming. We are cutting tool steel for the 84-88 extended cab side panels. They will be ready in May for Long Beach Toyotafest and with our distributors in the GCC and Australia.

We will offer them in tan, brown, and grey.

Had a great Thanksgiving in northern Idaho with family. Sunday we went out into the Forrest with our permits and brought home Christmas trees. Left the 60 in 2 wheel drive the entire time. Falken Tires performed well. 2nd gear the whole way up and third coming down.
