A bittersweet milestone for Rock + Stone.
For more than 50 years, you’ve known us as Rock Stone & Sand Yard. You’ve trusted us with your projects, picked up materials from our yard, and been part of our story every step of the way.
Today, we’re proud to share two milestones: the official introduction of our new logo and the next chapter in our company’s history.

Our new look reflects where we’re headed while honoring the company that has served Northern Virginia for generations.
While our logo is changing, the things that matter most are not. We’re still the same locally owned company, led by the same owner, committed to the same values, service, and relationships that have defined us for decades.
At the same time, we’re entering the final stages of our move from 9824 Richmond Highway to our new home at 10110 Giles Run Road.
As offices are packed up, signs come down, and inventory finds its new home, we’re reminded that while buildings hold memories, it’s the people, relationships, and community that truly define who we are.
For generations, 9824 Richmond Highway has been more than a yard. It’s been a place where contractors, landscapers, homeowners, employees, and friends came together to build projects, businesses, and lasting relationships. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of that story.
This move gives us the opportunity to grow, improve, and better serve our customers while continuing to provide quality materials, dependable service, and trusted relationships.
