foundation for the new garage and mud room underway. dug the footers and poured them yesterday. today trying to knock out as much of the block as possible since we got some saturday help from a coupla good friends!

Landscaping in February haha. this landscaping had a negative grade back to the building, not allowing water to escape and be stuck up against the building. scrape off rock, bring in dirt and properly grade, and new plastic.

full gut bathroom remodel. added a vent/light in the ceiling. took out the window. new subfloor. managed to find 50 year old siding to match on the exterior. the whole 9. turned out pretty not bad.
