The Nidy Company was founded in 1924 and through the leadership of Robert Nidy and son, Lynn Nidy, the family-owned business thrived and grew by promoting the game of shuffleboard and building most of the courts in the Southeastern part of the United States. Nidy Sports is a full-service design-build company providing both new construction and renovation projects for the creation or restoration of
tennis courts, running tracks, basketball courts, pickleball courts, volleyball courts, bocce ball courts, horseshoe throwing pits, shuffleboard courts, and installation of shade structures. We are authorized applicators for Plexipave®, Plexitrac® and DecoTurf®, the world’s leading suppliers of the sports surfacing systems demanded by the professionals. We are the sole applicator of the NICO® Shuffleboard Playing Surface in addition to providing shuffleboard equipment catalog sales.
