Frazier Industrial Company is the largest producer of structural steel pallet rack systems in North America, with 10 manufacturing plants located throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada Frazier’s blue and orange pallet rack is quickly recognized for its durability and custom engineered design. From standard pallet rack systems, to complex pick-to belt towers, AS/RS installations or Rack Supported Buildings, Frazier’s expert team of engineers help each customer design the best, most cost-effective storage rack solution. We made a fundamental decision when developing our manufacturing capabilities, to use structural steel instead of inferior roll-formed products. Since then, Frazier has become the leading producer of structural steel pallet rack systems with the most production capacity in the industry. This is why our customers are so loyal. It’s true, structural used to be more expensive than roll-formed, but Frazier has consistently driven these cost down without sacrificing the quality and strength of our pallet rack. 🌟 From planning and production to the jobsite and everything in between, Ray D’Ambola knows what it takes to keep a racking project moving in the right direction!

As a Senior Project Manager at Frazier Ray works closely with our shops and scheduling teams to prioritize parts and materials, helping ensure everything arrives at the jobsite when it’s needed. In the field, he collaborates with installation crews and outside contractors to rack implementations moving forward efficiently while keeping a close eye on budgets, schedules, and productivity.

Ray is also passionate about sharing his knowledge with the next generation of Frazier team members. Whether he’s helping new Project Managers understand racking design and fabrication or walking them through the installation process, he enjoys helping others learn the many details that go into a successful project.

But perhaps one of Ray’s greatest strengths is the relationships he’s built across Frazier. From finance to customer service to fabrication, shop management, shipping, senior management, and countless others, Ray understands that strong relationships and teamwork are key to continually improving the way we work. That’s what being a Rack Star is all about!

Sometimes, the smallest details in a distribution center can have the biggest impact. 🔎

Take wire decking.

Traditional wire decking uses an external flare that sits over the racking beam. Over time, product weight or handling equipment can contribute to warping, creating uneven or jagged surfaces and potential safety concerns. ⚠️

Frazier’s Wire Screen takes a different approach.

Its internal flare design “tucks in” and captures inside the beam, creating a smooth, flush deck surface that helps minimize warping and damage. 🛡️

At the heart of the operation is an extensive Pick Module, designed to concentrate picking into zones for improved order fulfillment. SelecDeck® at its floor level supports slower-moving cases, while Pallet Flow at the upper levels keeps faster-moving cartons being picked at the proper velocity.

Complementing the Pick Module is a 3,000+ position selective racking system for full-pallet reserve storage, complete with Pick & Delivery stations for easier product handling and Cant Leg frames that give lift trucks additional maneuvering space.

🌟 Six years of growth, new challenges, and plenty of reasons to call JC Marsh a true Rack Star!

Since joining Frazier, JC has progressed through multiple areas of the company, taking on increasing levels of responsibility along the way. From Standard Products and Mole Systems and Data Centers, JC has built a broad understanding of Frazier’s products, operations, and the many moving pieces that go into delivering successful projects.

Today, JC helps lead complex data center installations, working directly with customers and general contractors to keep projects moving from planning through field ex*****on. Coordinating manpower, subcontractors, equipment, logistics, material flow, schedules, change orders, budgets, training, and multiple trades is no small task — but JC knows how to keep all those pieces moving in the right direction.

As Frazier’s needs have evolved, so has JC’s role. The experience he's gained across our different product types continues to help strengthen his planning, communication, documentation, and field ex*****on abilities on increasingly complex projects.
