Pierson Workholding mini pallet fixtures completed and ready to run! Decided to make my own I.D. expansion clamps out of 6061 to hold onto these small brass pieces for OP 2. Facing to size and slotting a .04” wide x .05” deep slot. 600 pcs total

Finished up these two 316 SS parts. Slots widths are .047” and depth is .350” 2nd time was the charm using keyseat cutter! Machined every other slot, then put hot glue in them to prevent vibration and then machined the rest.
