Our projects are properly managed in-house by either a licensed civil or structural engineer. we provide design drafting, structural engineering services and city submittal services for Residential, Commercial, Multi-Family, and Institutional projects.

“I DON'T CARE what hours my employees work. If they prefer to start later on Mondays, that’s perfectly fine. Want to leave a bit early on Fridays? No problem. Want to work from home? Fine.

I DO CARE that they get their work done. A rigid 9-5 work schedule is about control, not productivity.

I often hear managers say, "If I can't see you, you're not working." If you hired someone for a job, then TRUST them to get it done."

Some jobs do need people to be available onsite for specific hours. If not, give employees a say in how, when and where they work.

Flexible work options shows employees that you DO CARE about them.

Focus on RESULTS not presence.”
