On the latest episode of The Med-Legal Greenroom podcast, Sam Frentzas sat down with Paul Clements, President & Owner of REVGEN Medical Solutions, to tackle one of the most damaging misconceptions circulating in the NFL and regenerative medicine space right now.

Here's the reality:
✅ Regenerative alternative procedures ARE available in the U.S.
✅ They ARE properly registered and cleared with FDA knowledge
✅ Some high-tier insurance plans DO reimburse for regenerative treatments
✅ Players do NOT need to fly to Tijuana or Panama to access quality care

The confusion around what's legal, what's covered, and what's actually available has been sending retired players across borders, unnecessarily, while legitimate, effective options go unused right here at home.

💬 Have you or someone you know been affected by this kind of misinformation in the healthcare or med-legal space?

On The Med-Legal Greenroom, Rachel Toland of Moonstruck Legal Nurse Consulting walked through exactly how she finds the truth buried inside those records.

The first thing she looks for? The medication ladder.

"What is that patient on? Are they on progressive opioids, muscle relaxers, or gabapentin? But then you've got imaging that says unremarkable, within normal limits, no changed findings. Somewhere there's a mismatch."

And it doesn't stop there. She also looks at conflicting IME statements in workers' comp cases, asking the question most people skip: what objective evidence was actually used to declare MMI? Does it reflect where that client truly was before the injury?

These aren't gotcha moments. They're the gaps that quietly determine whether a case holds or falls apart under pressure.

At our New Orleans Intensive, you'll hear from providers using the VMA® System to solve cases that traditional imaging couldn't explain and how one organization scaled from 1 VMA® to 4 locations with more growth ahead.

Because when you can solve cases that others can't, referrals follow.

Consider these real-world examples:

✈️ Air Force Pilot Case
A neurosurgeon ordered both MRI and CT imaging, yet the findings remained inconclusive. After a VMA® study identified the underlying instability, a targeted regenerative treatment plan was developed, providing answers where traditional imaging could not.

🏈 Former NFL Veteran Case
A former NFL player presented with severe low back pain radiating into the leg. MRI findings were inconclusive; however, the VMA® study identified the pain generator and helped guide targeted regenerative treatment. The MRI and VMA® together created a far more definitive diagnostic picture.

🚗 Whiplash / Auto Accident Case
After a motor vehicle accident, a patient experienced persistent neck pain and vision disturbances. MRI findings failed to explain her symptoms, and she was ultimately told there was no identifiable reason for her condition.

“She was written off as someone who needed phycological help”

The VMA® revealed instability at C1-C2 along with subluxation at C3-C4 and C4-C5 that directly correlated with her pain pattern.

Regenerative medicine treatment was performed.

Within one week, her vision returned to normal and approximately 90% of her pain symptoms had been resolved.

These are the types of cases that build reputations.

You'll also hear from guest speaker Steve Adams, who scaled Pet Supplies Plus into a nine-figure company before realizing success without freedom comes at a cost. After exiting, he applied the same principles to build the Tiger Medical Institute.

Guest will receive a copy of his new book “The Hidden Crisis”

Rachel Toland, founder of Moonstruck Legal Nurse Consulting, put it plainly on The Med-Legal Greenroom:

"AI is a great tool of efficiency, if it's fact-checked and verified."

Because here's what's happening in the real world: providers are under more red tape than ever. Documentation is rushed. AI fills in the gaps. And when those AI-generated records hit a courtroom or a demand letter, nobody's checking whether what was charted actually reflects what happened in that room.

That's where cases fall apart. And that's exactly what Rachel's firm exists to catch.

Do you think AI in medical documentation is helping or hurting case outcomes?

Sam Frentzas recently sat down with Steve Riley, Certified Practice Advisor of Atticus Advantage (Atticus Lawyer Coaching), on The Med-Legal Greenroom Podcast, to unpack the "Grind Wall", that invisible ceiling where working more stops producing results.

Steve's S.C.A.L.E. framework gives attorneys (and any expert building a practice) a clear path forward:

→ See: Look at your calendar through a fresh lens, ask WHY, not just how
→ Choose: Identify your highest-leverage activities
→ Align: Restructure your week around what actually moves the needle
→ Limit: Say no to the wrong cases, wrong clients, and wrong conversations
→ Execute: Ruthless focus on cash flow, not just calendar activity

This isn't theory. Steve sold his own law practice in 2012 after trying 100+ cases, and has spent the last decade helping 600+ firms across the country build practices that don't consume their lives.

𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹.

They stall because the business becomes too dependent on the provider.

More patients.
More overhead.
More staff.
More pressure.

Yet somehow… less freedom.

That’s the invisible ceiling most healthcare businesses never break through.

On June 12th in New Orleans, a small group of providers, practice owners, attorneys, and business operators will gather for something very different:

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲

Featuring 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗺𝘀:

The entrepreneur who scaled Pet Supplies Plus into a 9-figure company before realizing the business he built was slowly destroying his health.

What changed everything wasn’t working harder.

It was learning how to build systems that scale without consuming the owner.

After exiting his company, Steve transitioned into healthcare and founded Tiger Medical Institute, applying the same principles used to build a massive enterprise into performance, longevity, optimization, and sustainable growth.

This isn’t another motivation seminar.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱:
• Infrastructure
• Scalability
• Strategic positioning
• High-level relationships
• Operational leverage
• Building enterprise value instead of surviving month-to-month

You’ll also hear how forward-thinking providers are using advanced systems like VMA® to create differentiation, increase referral authority, improve clinical outcomes, and position themselves differently in competitive markets.

And perhaps the most valuable part…

The conversations happening in the room.

Because proximity changes standards.

Private Crawfish Boil | June 13th
Following the Intensive, approved attendees will join leading PI attorneys, healthcare providers, union leadership, elected officials, and high-level business owners for a private networking event in New Orleans.

Attendance is limited and approval based.

If you’ve been looking for the room where operators become CEOs… this maybe it.

Tracy Liberatore, Founder & CEO of Med Legal Pro, shared something on The Med-Legal Greenroom Podcast that every attorney and clinician in this space needs to hear.

When Med Legal Pro vets a clinician for placement, credentials are just the starting point. What Tracy's team is really evaluating:

→ Are they communicative and responsive?
→ Will they bill fairly and deliver on time?
→ Are they someone attorneys will actually want to work with again?

The filter is personal. If the Med Legal Pro team wouldn't want to work with them, they don't go on the list. Full stop.

And the outcome that creates for attorneys is significant: no more onboarding experts from scratch, no more editing reports that should have been submission-ready, no more time lost training someone who wasn't prepared for the legal world.

For clinicians, the message is equally clear: expertise alone isn't the differentiator. Professionalism, reliability, and legal-standard writing are what build a practice that attorneys refer repeatedly.

💬 What's one quality that separates a good expert witness from a great one, in your experience?

On The Med-Legal Greenroom Podcast, Paul Clements, President & Owner of REVGEN Medical Solutions, walked through exactly how he's addressing this gap:

The 88 Plan is a self-funded NFL program for retired players from 2014 and earlier who have been confirmed with a neurological condition. A significant fund was established specifically to pay for approved therapies, administered through Cigna.

Paul has already navigated the approval process.
He has cleared protocols through the program.
And he's now showing clinics how to become registered vendors, so players can access treatment without ever leaving the country.

💬 If you work with retired athletes, neurological patients, or in the med-legal space, what's the biggest barrier you've seen to accessing quality care for this population?
