Promoting EVs and renewable energy in our community is one of our team's goals and we love seeing people get excited about engineering!

A while ago we had the opportunity to help teach some 1st graders about renewable energy and electric vehicles!

We had a lot of fun interacting with all the kids and seeing there excitement about the car!

We hope everyone's midterms are going great! They haven't stopped us from making progress on the solar car!

We want to extend a huge thanks to Maxeon Solar Technologies and Sunpower for providing us with all the solar cells we need for our solar car!

All together these panels will generate over 1000 watts of power to propel our car down the road!

We've been working on determining an efficient, durable, and lightweight encapsulation method for the cells and can't wait to implement them on our car.

We're extending a huge thanks to the National Park Service for helping to keep this awesome event going!

Our route development team is working with our Event Partner, the National Park Service, to identify the route for . The plan is to follow a national historic trail. Which one is TBD and involves many factors. Which trail would you like to see the solar cars travel?
