Phoenix Imaging is releasing a new table top model called the MIB-170™. This new model has an 200 mm deep inspection volume. The system implements a new 3622 lighting controller for LED lighting modules. Precise feedback control using photo-diodes that are temperature insensitive. The system is available in Powder Coat White or Stainless Steel. It joins the larger MIB-60™ in the use of LED's for greater dynamic range (2000 - 10000 Lux). Phoenix Imaging will be attending the PDA Visual Inspection Forum in Bethesda, MD April 23-24, 2019. We will being exhibiting our Manual Inspection Booths and Referee Level Particle Standards at Marriott Marquis. Gerald Budd will be speaking at the conference on the topic of "Factors that influence Probability of Rejection for Contaminating Particles in Small Volumes for Injection".
